"Be aware

Published on 04:34, 04/22,2008

" The mailbox can be a dangerous place to stand. You've heard of naked dancing night elves, but too often I see people carrying on a romantic love affair while I'm trying to receive my auction sales. I can surely appreciate how nice it is to be in love, but I really don't need to know about how she rests her head against his muscled chest and all that. Azeroth is a world with only three volume levels: whisper, say, and yell. Keeping these limitations in mind, a good roleplayer should make sure that whatever he says is appropriate to the place he is in and the people that can hear him. This is particularly important in the case of other players who wander by in public areas, but some people also like to treat NPCs as if they might also be listening in on a conversation. Either way, being more aware of the environment also lets you take more advantage of it, using boxes, food or other items as props in your roleplaying, and creating a deeper sense that your characters live in their own real world. It also lets you show different sides of your character depending on different environments you share with others. Say hello Some people call it the ""Norm"" effect -- it really matters to you when everyone knows your name. You can do a great deal to make people in your guild or circle of friends feel welcome just by saying hello to them every single time they come online. This shows that you care about them and it also creates an atmosphere where people are more likely to start roleplaying together, rather than just going separate ways and doing their own thing every time. It's also important to not merely say hello and then leave it at that. A roleplayer needs to make an effort to invite other people to roleplay, not merely wait for others to do so.

Many of us fall into the habit of only chatting a bit in guild chat while we do our daily quests or fight in battlegrounds, which leaves other people feeling that we don't really care about getting to know them. Just like talking too much can be anti-social, talking too little can be almost as bad. The people in such a community have no right to complain when feelings of warmth and friendship start to dry up - a community of silent people is hardly a community at all. ". lotro gold "We've looked at Fizzwidget's gadgets before here at Addon Spotlight, so you might be familiar with his wares. For this installment, I want to bring Linkerator to your attention. guild wars gold It's a little addon that does a big thing, it allows you to type the name of an item in brackets and Linkerator will create an item link for you. In Patch 2.4, we saw the introduction of spell links, which have become the subject of Trade channel jokes. This mod provides a similar feature, to include the ability to link items you don't currently have or see. wow powerleveling This can give you another way to torment people in global channels, in case Murloc movies or Chuck Norris get old. So, the way this works is simple. To create an in-text item link, simply type the name of the item in brackets. Linkerator will also auto-fill names as you type them, in case you forget the full name. billig wow gold I use this mostly to compare an item I'm looking for to what I currently have equipped, especially when I was considering changing over to Engineering for some of the epic crafted items. I'm sure you can find a use for this feature, whether its for good reasons or not.
Its definitely one of those little extras I have for the off chance I use it, but that is part of what addons can do for you as a player. That's it folks, short and sweet for you on a Sunday before I make my second excursion into Karazhan since rerolling. It's probably worth noting that despite the mention of 2.4's new spell links in this article, Linkerator doesn't do anything with them... wow yet. (Ditto the new quest links.) But it does remember and let you type out tradeskill links as well as item links, so you can just type out [alchemy: fel mana potion] next time someone asks what the mats are. And if you don't remember the full name of an item or tradeskill, you can search for part of it: type '/link mongoose' and you'll get a list of results in the chat window which you can then shift-click to insert just like any other link. "

Macro Anatomy: Mouse-Over Spells

Published on 04:31, 04/22,2008

"This week I profiled Decursive 2.0 over at Addon Spotlight, which has a macro feature that allows you to use its cleansing functionality via a keystroke or a mouse over macro. Many of the comments in the article, as well as those in the Healbot Continued feature, center on the concept of mouse-over healing and casting. To be quite honest, I really didn't understand or use this way of doing things, so I thought I'd look into it and try to break away from my ""clicker"" tendencies for the sake of change. I'm primarily a paladin healer, which usually means I concern myself with four spells for healing; Flash of Light, Holy Light, Holy Shock and Cleanse. Although I toss out the occasional Blessing of Protection, this is the bulk of my healing, so I thought I'd work on making two mouse-over macros for my Karazhan run tonight. The basic use for a mouse-over spell is this command: [target=mouseover] That's pretty much how you target using a mouse-over, there's more to using this feature, so come back after the break to get cozy with mouse-over macros. Welcome back, let's get down to business with mouse-over spells. Now, I'm specifically looking for a solution to my healing needs. However, rather than jump in with both feet, I thought I'd try this out on my low level priest. I figured this would allow me a bit more leeway to make mistakes without wiping my raid group, I'll let the beer take care of that for me. For a mouse-over Renew, I went with this simple macro: /cast [target=mouseover, exists] Renew I ran around the Ghostlands everything I could, but I knew there had to be more available to me, then I found this bad boy on the WoWWiki Priest Macro page. /cast [target=mouseover, exists, help, nodead] Renew; [target=mouseover, exists, harm, nodead] Shadow Word: Pain; [help, nodead] Renew; [harm, nodead] Shadow Word: Pain; [target=player] Renew Now this is macro goodness, lots of efficient functionality in this one.

Here's the description from the wiki: ""This macro casts either Renew (friendly) or Shadow Word: Pain (hostile) on whoever is hovering under your mouse that exists and is not dead. If you're not hovering, it does either Renew (friendly) or Shadow Word: Pain (hostile) on your selected target that is not dead. If all of the above are false, you will Renew yourself."" I've only briefly touched on modifiers and conditionals here at Macro Anatomy, and until finals release me from their horrible embrace, I'll just have to provide fertile examples like this one. However, take a look at what this macro does and its syntax. The scripting language used to write macros is pretty intuitive and hopefully you can see how this macro comes together. " "All the World's a Stage is a source for roleplaying ideas, commentary, and discussions. It is published every Sunday evening. Gamers, and citizens of the Internet in general, are not known for being very sociable people. wow europe To me, it's always been a big mystery why John Gabriel's GIF Theory seems so apt for so many of us. It's hard for me to fathom why people enjoy acting rude, crude, or unpleasantly in any situation. I hear them telling me ""because it's fun!"" but personally I can't imagine getting any kicks out of it. The roleplaying community is one of those few online spaces where things actually seem a bit different, however. wow gold kauf Many people are not roleplayers at all, but they join up on RP servers just because roleplayers care about things like grammar and seem to be more polite in general. Since roleplaying is an inherently cooperative activity, people who want to roleplay first have to be willing to communicate nicely with others. There are, of course, players on RP realms with whom real communication seems impossible, but those people usually aren't actually roleplayers to begin with.
gold wow They get about 10 seconds of attention before most roleplayers start ignoring them completely. To be a good roleplayer, one must first be a good person. The qualities of character that open doors of friendship and cooperation in real life are the same qualities that will help make roleplaying a positive and rewarding experience for you in WoW. Even if one wants to play an evil character, one must do it in such a way that others can tell you're actually a really nice and caring player behind the evil mask. cheap world of warcraft gold Sometimes it's also handy to remind oneself how not to act like that proverbial Internet Fudgewad. Listen Far and away the biggest social mistake roleplayers tend to make is talking too much and listening too little. This shows up in all kinds of situations, from spilling their character's entire life history at the first meeting with a new guildie. Before typing, a roleplayer must be aware of one's company and surroundings and decide if this is really the appropriate time and place to type out what you have at the tip of your fingers. Personally, I don't mind if a guildmate says that he's actually a bronze dragon lost in time and trapped in the form of a lowly gnomish mage, as long as he's studied the lore and he actually makes sense. wowgold I do mind if he starts telling my all about this as a way of introducing himself, however. It doesn't make sense that his character would do this, and it breaks all my suspension of disbelief in his character idea.RELATED LINKS:http://emily5656.mindsay.com/

New WotLK screenshots leaked

Published on 04:29, 04/22,2008

"Hot off the internet today are potentially new leaked images from the alpha of Wrath of the Lich King. WoW Insider has learned from an inside source that these are very similar to what the actual alpha looks like. While this isn't a solid confirmation, it is about as good as we'll get for any leaked screenshot for the time being. Again, this is not a direct confirmation that what we're seeing is true, but it's good enough for me to take as legit. The images are of various places around what looks to be Utgarde Keep. This is also reflected in the screenshot of the ""Discovered Utgarde Keep"". Additionally, there is a very real looking screenshot of the alpha installation package. Sources tell me this is very close to what is on the docket at Blizzard, again lending credibility to these leaks. Finally, the image featured in the header of the post is of a potential login screen for WotLK. wow gold kaufen This is unconfirmed, and out of all the images the weakest, in my opinion. However, I'll post it here and wait for any confirmation that might come my way. Stay tuned to WoW Insider for all the latest Wrath of the Lich King information. wow gold cheapest Click the gallery below to see the full leaked sets. " "We had some hints that this would happen soon and now WoW Insider has confirmed through anonymous sources that the next expansion, Wrath of the Lich King, is in closed alpha status, and that various players are being invited to check it out, under a strict NDA. Alpha is part of the software release life cycle -- a software product in development goes from alpha status to beta status (sometimes including a ""closed beta,"" where a limited few are invited to preview and test the software, and an ""open beta,"", where anyone can download and try out the beta), to ""release candidates"" and then ""gold"" (the final version, used to print the media to be available for sale).

This doesn't tell us anything about the timing of the expansion's release (especially since Blizzard historically takes their time going through this cycle), but it does tell us that Wrath's content is in a playable and mostly completed form -- quests, game mechanics, and items are in, even if specific flavor text, names, and even textures are not. We'll keep an eye, as usual, on any other news we see coming out of Blizzard, through official or unofficial channels. Wrath of the Lich King, the second expansion of World of Warcraft, is in alpha testing. lotro gold The journey to Northrend has begun. Update: A word to the wise: this is not an open beta, and any email or site that tells you to sign up for one is still scamming you. When open beta comes down, we'll hear about it on Blizzard's official site. gold wow This is just news that the next expansion has moved up a notch in its development, and that we're one step closer to an official open beta. Mike Schramm said... As I said in the post, this can't really be used to guesstimate a release date, because Blizzard takes their time, and there is no set schedule for alpha -> beta -> gold -- it differs by every company. That said, I would personally say that Alpha now would definitely leave enough time for a Fall '08 release wow powerleveling " -- Blizzard first started inviting people into BC (which released in January of '07) in June of '06. Then again, maybe Blizzard has a much faster release schedule nowadays -- BC was their first expansion and they've learned a lot since then. Plus there are no new starting areas or new races. So this is all speculation -- who knows.

WoW Insider arena team vs. the Druid trifecta

Published on 04:07, 04/22,2008

"Yesterday I posted a video of myself, Zach, and Mandy's boyfriend going up against a mage, priest, and druid combination. Today's video of Friday's matches includes the three of us going up against the ""Druid Trifecta."" That's one druid of each class: a moonkin, a feral, and a resto. We don't have a very hard time with this one, and we get them down without much trouble. The only real iffy point comes towards the end where I have to dodge away and get some bandages going on for myself, which isn't really a bad thing. Regarding the clicking that I'm doing, it's there for two reasons. First, to show you more clearly what skills and combinations I'm using. Secondly, I often times click to offset my keyboard use. Think of it this way: I have five or six skills that I'm using my main fingers for, and I have those skills planned out. I can position the mouse over the seventh skill I'll eventually use to make it easy to use when the time comes. I often times active one off emergency actions with my mouse: soul stones, last stand, etc... I should have had bandages on my bar – but didn't. If I did I wouldn't have had to open my bag, which just takes valuable time. You can also see that I don't exactly hit the B key on my first try either – I accidently hit N, which just takes up more precious seconds. These videos and commentaries are not meant to be the ultimate guide to arena play, but a guide on how three writers work to become better at PvP and this aspect of the game; and to show off what's happening over on the arena tournament server. Hopefully we can all learn a thing or two from them and become better when facing arena opponents. " "Last night the WoW Insider arena team went over to the Arena Tournament server and played 14 matches over a couple hours.

We went 8-6 for the evening, a much better number than our 3-11 score the week before. That places us at 11-17, with a team rating of 1435. Not too bad considering we've only played together a handful of times, and some of us are playing completely unknown classes. So what helped us go in the right direction. po wow A few things. First, we were communicating much more over vent. We were letting each other know what our target was, where we were going, what our status was, etc. Cheapest wow gold This gave us the edge in a few matches. Another thing that helped us win more was focus targeting a player down. This action in itself might seem like a no-brainer to many of you out there, but it is easier said than done. wow gold One of the reasons we had success in the video above is that we focus targeted the Mage down quickly. This was good not only from a DPS stand point, but from a target selection stand point as well. Mages are squishy, and go splat easily. wow gold billig This Mage didn't last long. The match you're watching in the video is our final match of the evening. You can see that there isn't a whole lot of clicking being done by me, and that most of the mouse movement is done to control the direction of my character. We lost at least one or two prior matches because I was trying to be a clicker – something I'm firmly against. wow power leveling The reason I was trying to click in previous matches was to show you all the combination of abilities I was using. There'll be a couple other video's I'll post in the next few days that'll clearly show my clicking, and how it failed.

Digihedo news:Finis Updates SwiMP3 with Version 2

Published on 10:34, 04/12,2008

"Today we introduce an old style MP3 players .Back in October 2004 we reviewed the SwiMP3, an MP3 player designed for the swimming pool."MP3PlayerBuying introduce some Harmon Kardon guide for you.The summer PMP/DAP market is heating up with quite a few new models for summer appearing in the last couple of weeks. For those who think this was designed for fatuous homeowners just looking for an unusual toy for the pool think again. The latest comes from a well known make for audiophiles Harmon Kardon, whose new personal media MP3 player aims for the higher end of the market with the addition of GPS capabilities in a 2.9"" x 4.6"" x 0.78"" body. Dubbed the Harmon Kardon Guide + Play, the MP3 player sports a modest 2GB of flash memory with an SD slot for expansion (with a 4GB top end). The SwiMP3 is for athletes and the health conscious who regularly do laps around the pool, a great way to get in shape, but one that can be monotonous in large doses. The 4"" screen sports touchscreen control and 480 x 272 resolution. In our review we found that the original SwiMp3 did a fine job of relieving that monotony thanks to the use of bone conduction to transmit the music to the brain under all that water. SwiMP3 v2 Nearly three years later Finis has come up with an update to that original water portable MP3 players. The MP3 player handles the MP3 and WMA codecs as well as the AAC format, which means it will be able to play those DRM-free EMI tracks that iTunes will soon offer. The SwiMP3 V2 works the same as V1, but streamlines things a bit by incorporating the player's electronics within the cheekphones themselves. The Guide + Play also handles both MPEG-4 and WMV9 video files. Finis has bumped up the memory, but oddly only to 256MB from the original's 128MB. On the GPS side the Harmon Kardon Guide + Play sports both 2D and 3D high res maps with the complete Western and Northern and Southern European maps pre-installed.

To be honest, we thought 256MB MP3 players was light back in 2004 when we reviewed the first model. The unit weighs in at a healthy 7.1 ounces and ships now for $399. wisdom and Kings

Published on 10:32, 04/08,2008

"Wisdom: 150 mana Places a Blessing on the friendly target, restoring 41 mana every 5 seconds for 10 min. Players may only have one Blessing on them per Paladin at any one time. Think of this as BoM for casters. Instead of increasing damage, it increases their longevity. This blessing is especially important for healers. Caster DPS may prefer salvation instead. The holy talent Improved Blessing of Wisdom increases the effect of this by 20% (8mana/5). Like imp BoM, this may be useful in large raids, but the effect is so small that it is not likely to prevent a wipe. Still, for a raid which wants every advantage possible, this talent could be appealing. wow gold Light: 180 mana Places a Blessing on the friendly target, increasing the effects of Holy Light spells used on the target by up to 580 and the effects of Flash of Light spells used on the target by up to 185. Lasts 10 min. Players may only have one Blessing on them per Paladin at any one time. Tanks will usually prefer Blessing of Kings but if that is taken care of and a raid has a large amount of paladin healing, this can make healing easier. This does not directly benefit non-paladin healers. wow power level Use this if you use a lot of holy paladins, otherwise you will be better off giving the tank another blessing. The Libram of Souls Redeemed will increase the benefit for Blessing of Light by 105 to each spell. It is dropped during the Opera event in Karazhan. Kings: 6% of base mana Places a Blessing on the friendly target, increasing total stats by 10% for 10 min. Players may only have one Blessing on them per Paladin at any one time. wow gold This is almost always the best blessing possible for a tank since stamina is one of the most important stats they have.

For DPS this blessing will provide a scaling damage increase; though this means it is inferior to wisdom or might until their gear is excellent. Fights with lots of AoE damage may make the health increase more valuable than extra damage from another blessing. This is often the preferred blessing in PvP where health is critical. Do not be mislead by the description though, BoK does not increase all stats by 10%. wow power leveling Instead it only affects the primary stats: stamina, spirit, agility, strength, and intellect. Secondary stats like attack power or mana/5 do not directly benefit from BoK. They may indirectly benefit from the increase to primary stats. This is a good blessing for the minions of demonology warlocks since the warlock gains spell damage based on a percentage of their minion’s stamina and intellect. " "Bear in mind, that where I've specified a particular herb to pick, do not avoid picking anything else you see. wow level up Pick everything. I've also tried to list multiple alternatives for each part of the leveling up guide. This should hopefully allow you to choose the area that's best for you or give you alternatives if an area is already being farmed by other players. 1 - 50 Collecting Silverleaf and Peacebloom Mulgore. Just do circuits round the base of Thunderbluff picking Silverleaf and Peacebloom. Do circuits around Dolanaar heading South East around the lake and back up to to Dolanaar, if your Alliance or complete circuits of Elwynn Forest. For Undead, try starting at Solliden Farmstead in Tirisfal Glades, run north to the mills, loop round and back south past Stillwater Pond and onto Cold Hearth Manor and Nightmare Vale.

Published on 10:22, 04/08,2008

Once a line is completed the sandy tiles underneath magically turns to gold. Uncover artifacts and remove them from the board. Play your game to riches well. Ready Check: LF24M Sunwell

Published on 04:11, 03/31,2008

"I'm back! RL got the best of me just after writing my first post here for my favorite WoW site. There is no better time to return than on a new patch that finally releases a new 25-man raid dungeon. It's been just over 10 months since Blizzard released the last 25-man instance, The Black Temple. Like patch 2.1, patch 2.4 promises to be a major content patch that should keep us busy raiding for the foreseeable future, at least hopefully until WotLK. ""But my guild is no where near Sunwell. Who cares about another raid instance that I will never step foot into. "" Unlike patch 2.1, which had a complicated attunement process for The Black Temple, this patch removes all attunement requirements for all TBC raid instances. This change, along with many other changes included in patch 2.4 transforms the current raiding landscape giving the raider more paths to take. cheap wow gold Whether you're a guild doing SSC/TK or (un)patiently waiting for Sunwell for the past six months, this patch affects you in some way. Find out how these new changes will affect your raiding experience. The Sunwell Isle The Sunwell Isle is now available for play. This area includes a new quest hub and 5-player and 25-player instances. wow power level Join the Shattered Sun Offensive in shutting down Kael'thas' nefarious operations. This new force is comprised by both the Aldor and Scryers and is led by the Naaru. Players will take part in claiming Sun's Reach and setting up a larger base of operation to stop Kael'thas and the Legion. wow gold Here it is, the big thing for 2.4. The Sunwell raid instance is supposed to be harder than The Black Temple and contains the best loot currently available. However, if your guild can kill the trash packs leading up to Kael in TK, then your guild, with enough practice, can clear the trash in Sunwell up to Kalecgos.

really cheap wow gold Most of the trash is susceptible to CC (sheep, sap, etc) and just make sure to kill the scout first (like the scouts in ZA). Read more :"Man, with all the patch 2.4 news flying around today, you might feel a little overwhelmed. Well, worry no more, because just when you need something a little silly and lighthearted, the WoW Insider Show comes right along, with Episode 30 now available on WoW Radio and iTunes. fast wow gold This past Saturday, Turpster and I, along with Amanda Dean and Elizabeth Wachowski of WoW Insider, had a sit down to talk about all of the biggest news in the past week of Warcraft, including, but not limited to: Our favorite trinkets (mine I picked only because the tooltip uses the word ""fecundity"";) What ""counts"" in terms of leveling as fast as possible Elizabeth talked to us for a bit about the lore of the Burning Crusade, and both the high and low points of it We chatted about the best starting areas in the game (there was a strange split over the Dwarf/Gnome area for some reason as well) And finally we hit on Amanda's Azerothian General Election, which you can still vote on right now -- Thrall is still winning, so Alliance, you better grab your sword and fight the Horde. We did check in reader email, too, and Turpster says he's headed to 70, so we asked for your input on what kind of reward (or punishment) we can give him if he makes it before Wrath -- if you have a suggestion, email us at theshow@wowinsider.com. And speaking of Turpster, you've got to see his new TurpsterVision over at Massively today -- it's a spectacular tale of a galaxy long ago and far away, if you know what I mean. " .

Get your bare bones raiding addons here

Published on 04:09, 03/31,2008

"Tonight many people are going to rush into raiding. It's going to be a fun time for many – perhaps you're going to explore the Sunwell Plateau for the first time, or perhaps you'll no longer be stuck at 5/6 and 3/4. Rage Winterchill awaits you and he's a big push over. He goes boom pretty easily. The common component amongst all of us raiders, whether we're in Kara or pushing onto Sunwell, is that we need addons to make our life easier. There are several necessary ones: Deadly Boss Mods, Omen, ora2, Recount, DrDamage, etc... If you don't have these tonight, things can get markedly more complicated and difficult. The big problem with getting these addons is that they can be dreadfully hard to get a hold of. cheap wow gold Most sites are bogged down to the point they're not working. So let me make this easier for you. I've provided mirrors of several key updated patch 2.4 mods that I'll be using tonight to raid. Feel free to grab them from the links I've listed after the break. wow power level They'll only be up on these links for the next 24 hours or so – after that I'll replace the links with the addon's main site. The traffic should have subsided by then. Read on after the break for addon mirrors! Deadly Boss Mods Omen Recount DrDamage Grid ora2 - No patch 2.4 update yet! Please leave a comment if you have any other major raiding addons you think should be included AND that have been updated. I also highly recommend you update often tonight via WoWAceUpdater. This is really the only way to ensure that you're using the latest version. wow gold The addon authors have been updating throughout the day, and I'm sure they'll continue to do so tonight correcting all the little bugs that are going to pop up. Good luck with your raiding! " "I'd like to interrupt your patch 2.4 coverage for this important announcement.

This Saturday, 29 March is your first opportunity to get an early look at the Servants of the Betrayer expansion to the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game. Mirror, mirror, on the wall…

Published on 04:06, 03/31,2008

"I've spent the day collecting patch mirrors for everyone. Some may require a short free registration. All of them are sources I, and others, use and trust. However with that said, we can't be responsible if something goes wrong. cheap wow gold But I've never heard of that happening. 2.3.3 to 2.4.0 patch mirrors: AoA Files FilePlanet MacGameFiles RapidShare MegaUpload Games32 GamersFeed DownloadGeek Internode Full 2.x to 2.4.0 patch mirrors: MegaUpload Games32 Internode There are more lists available at WoWWiki and Nihilum. However, there are several sites on there that I haven't been able to test or havne't used before - so your mileage may vary. You know, the patching is getting so bad that I despise having to do a load from scratch, which for me can be often since I play on three different computers. It is to the point where I would gladly fork out $20 or $30 for a 2 or 3 disc DVD set that would load the game to the 2.4 standard. wow power level At least that would be a good starting point for a while." "Blizzard has changed around the way patch files are stored on Windows Vista. They are no longer stored under the C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Patches directory. They are now stored under the C:\Users\Public\Documents\Blizzard Entertainment\World of Warcraft directory. wow gold This change is due to the way that Window Vista and Microsoft wants programs to store internal documents and settings, which is technically what a patch is. This might be confusing to some people expecting to go in and make a mirror of the patch for guildies and friends, or copying the files over to multiple computers to cut down on the update time. Patch 2.4 sounds great, but what's in it for you. Find out on our Sunwell Isle page where we list the impact on classes, professions, PvP, Raiders and many other playstyles and interests.

really cheap wow gold Looking for more great info. Check out the WoW Insider Directory for the best of our guides and analysis. In particular, in the new C:\Users\Public\Documents\Blizzard Entertainment\World of Warcraft directory, you want to go one step further into the Patches folder, and then into the WoW-2.3.3-to-2.4.0-enUS-Win-patch folder. There you'll see three files: BNUpdate.exe wow-final.MPQ wow-partial-1.MPQ These can be copied to another computer, with BNUpdate.exe being ran to start the upgrade. Mac OS X has not changed. fast wow gold The patch files are still stored under the World of Warcraft/patches directory. Please remember that WoW Insider cannot make any guarantee the above technical information will work. But with that said, the above information works for me as of March 25th at about 4:30 p.m. CST."

"The Hybrid Spec Horror!

Published on 11:05, 03/25,2008

"With my spec you have a way better chance of owning the healing meter, but with the ToL form you give off an aura that, if is on the MT, will help every healer in the raid. I’ve heard that ToL druids are far more mana efficient than Moonglow druids, but I say stick me in a group with a shadow priest and no one will die. wow gold The biggest difference is this, if you want to be a back up healer that will keep the MT topped off with HoTs while the holy priests and the holy pallies make sure everyone is actually alive, then ToL if for you. But if you want to main heal and be an actual contender on the healing meter, then you need to get Moonglow or re-roll. That, of course, is my personal two cents. With this Moonglow Spec I’m almost always topping the healing meter in my raids and I can main heal any heroic you want me to. wow lvl service I’ve also seen a hybrid shammy spec that’s pretty much the exact same thing as the Moonglow Spec. It’s a cross between Restoration and Enhancement and it’s wonderful. Ever since TBC release I’ve seen so many hybrids it’s crazy. wow gold I ran a Black Morass with a pally tank that was a hybrid Retribution and Protection Spec, and a mage that was a hybrid Frost and Arcane Spec. My point is this: hybrid speced players can be used and can benefit any group. But to counter that, what are you giving up when trusting a hybrid spec over a standard speced player of that same class, and is it worth it. wow leveln I believe the biggest question is this: can you, or can you not survive as a hybrid player.

Every time I tell someone about my spec I get the same question: “who lets you raid with them. ” I found the loop hole in that one, I made my own guild. wow level service But for those of you that don’t have that luxury, how do you survive. I know some of you probably switched back to the norm just so you can find yourself a spot in Gruul’s. Then again, for those of you who perhaps refused to change your spec, did you ever end up convincing your raid leader to let you go as a hybrid. And if so, how’d you do it. Make nice with the officers. Prove your worth in normal 5 mans. I’m so curious to know how many fellow hybrids there are out there, and what is it that you do or did to make sure that you still have a place in the game. So with that said, what spec are you. " .
